Our new office design concept has enabled us to create an innovative and modern office landscape for Daiichi Sankyo Europe GmbH in Munich. In addition to open-plan offices, cellular offices with different numbers of employees have been also implemented. Places for getting together and direct informal communication were implemented in the form of meeting areas, kitchenettes and small conference rooms. This thereby improves communication and interaction between individual employees and departments and creates a pleasant working atmosphere. Relaxation rooms are available for recreation. The conversion work was executed during ongoing operation in several construction stages.
