<p>Tobias Ell studied architecture at the RWTH Aachen University and completed it with a Master in Redevelopment and Management at the RWTH International Academy. As head of the Business ®Evolution department, he is responsible for national and international consulting mandates with a focus on New Workplace Design. Together with his colleagues, he develops buildings to increase knowledge, promote creativity and innovation. He is particularly interested in the initial phase and strategic components of projects.</p>

<p>Sönke Morgenstern studied industrial engineering with focus on mechanical engineering at the RWTH Aachen University. He has been working for Carpus+Partner since 2015, where he leads the Technology+Process department across all locations. As an expert for the manufacturing industry, he is working closely with our customers to further expand the technological and process engineering expertise of our engineers, particularly in construction projects and highly efficient laboratory buildings for the pharmaceutical and life science industries.</p>

<p>Dirk Beyer completed his training as a business economist and subsequently worked as construction manager, project manager and department manager of building services in various engineering offices. Today, he heads the Cooperative Design and Realization departments of Carpus+Partner across all locations and is in charge of complex multidisciplinary planning projects for the pharmaceutical industry and cutting-edge research.</p>

<p>Thomas Habscheid-Führer studied architecture at the RWTH Aachen University and at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf. He is Sponsorship Awardee of the Foundation of German Architects and worked for renowned architectural offices. As an architect, he accompanied the architecture department throughout the company and led national and international projects. Today he is responsible for Corporate Development at Carpus+Partner. As an author and speaker he is particularly interested in the connection between process, organisation and space as a phenomenon of corporate architecture.</p>

<p>Alexander Kochs studied architecture at the University of Applied Sciences Cologne. He joined Carpus+Partner in 2003 and has been head of the Frankfurt office since 2011. As an expert for architecturally sophisticated and technically complex research buildings, production facilities and multifunctional office buildings, he is particularly interested in improving communication and collaboration.</p>

<p>Tobias Bloemeke studied architecture at the RWTH Aachen University. His professional career took him from Foster + Partners in London to RKW in Düsseldorf and Carpus+Partner. He has been head of the Munich office since 2017. As an expert in the development of modern working environments, he is particularly interested in the mapping of optimal user requirements while simultaneously taking into account strategic corporate goals and an appealing building architecture.</p>
