The heart of our company are our 300 employees. So that all these people can work together on a daily basis, we have developed a corporate culture over the years that thrives on the exchange and participation of our employees.
Women’s network
In order to strengthen women in management positions, we are constantly looking for new ways and opportunities together with our employees. Whether at the Women’s Leadership Workshop of the Center of Excellence Women and Career or at the specially initiated “women@work” event series – the focus is on networking and exchange with like-minded people in order to develop new ideas, initiate joint cooperation and provide mutual support.
