Arbitration information
At all times, we aim to settle any differences in opinion with our developers amicably. For this, in appropriate cases and subject to the possibly necessary consent of our indemnity insurer, we also participate in an arbitration procedure before the expert and equally represented arbitration board of the North Rhine-Westphalia Chamber of Architects, but not before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the VSBG [Act on Consumer Dispute Settlements].
